Is anyone aware of a sale of a quantity of these revolvers to Spain? Would this be a commercial or military / law enforcement contract? I might simply be part of a batch that was exported for retail sale in Spain.

Thanks for the information. They are asking $450 for it. The grips aren't original but they are vintage mother of pearl. The gun is about 88 and 90% with a couple of small marks on the barrel. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. I may have to pick it up

My LGS has an interesting 3 inch made in 54-55. The interesting thing about it is that, though it shows no sign of a refinish, it has a non gloss almost black finish somewhat similar to an early Highway Patrolman. Has anyone seen a gun like this before or possibly have an explanation?
