    During a recent visit, Dad gave me his dad's K-frame .38 ".38 S&W SPECIAL CTG": ... an M&P before there were any model stamps. Model revision from after the latest patent stamp "DEC 29.14" and made before "February 5, 1929". So, per S&W, a "Model of 1905, 4th change". Originally shipped...

    What are you carrying? Sub-Compact, Compact, or Full Size

    CCW size Currently mine are a 1911 Commander (who would'a guessed) or M&P full-size. Dimensionally they are the same in height, length and width. There are two 1911 gov't examples awaiting acceptance testing; one of them is undergoing restoration as well.
