    I looked at gun broker and they're selling mags for 3-4× the going rate. $50 each or more. Even the blinkers which are about $12 at my local shop... when they're in stock.

    I've seen Websites advertising various configurations from between $499.99 to 999.99 Of course most of these places don't have any in stock. My local gun shop has one version for $899.99. I saw one website that advertised the optics ready version for $999.99, and one with Crimson Trace...

    Magazines, Store them loaded or unloaded?

    My rule for anyone that shoots my guns, you shoot one mag you load one mag. This keeps the shooting going and mags loaded. All mags are loaded with target ammo 24/7, except EDC pistol (Hornaday Critical Duty) M&P 15-22 (cci 40 grain velocitor cphp) M&P 15 sport 2 (.223 Hornaday Critical Duty)...
