Well, it only rattles when I shake it perpendicular to the barrel. Doesn't the hammer block move parallel to the barrel?

I picked up a '79/'80 Model 36 today. At a glance it appears in great condition. It locks up pretty good and appears to function normally. However, if I shake it, I can hear something loose inside the frame. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. Can someone give theirs a shake too?
