    Reloading the 22 Hornet

The Hornet Rifle is a Weihrauch HW60J. Nearly new so the grove diameter will be .224. It shoots factory made ammo perfectly.

    Reloading the 22 Hornet

Hello folks a friend of mine has just started reloading for his 22 Hornet. 6.5 grains of 2400 to 55 grain FMJ bullet. The bullets are tumbling. This load is recommended by Lyman. Can anyone shed some light on this problem.

.Hi Guys thanks for the advice, I have not fired the gun for years so I am a bit hazy about the details but having said that....the gun is entirely original with the original nipples but because I remember finding it hard to put caps on I did put the nipples in my lathe and slimmed them down a...

    Ruger Old Army.Missfire problems.

Hi Guys, I bought a Ruger cap and ball revolver some time a go and don't use it much because it has an irritating habit of misfiring and sometimes whenit does fire , fragments of cap drop down into the mechanism and cause it to jam. Various theories have been put forward by other owners of the...

    Winchester 92 .357

Hello, have had a Winchester 92 .357 for some years and hardly used it because it was really inaccurate mainly due to the heavy trigger pull.Anyway I took it in to my local gunsmith and had the trigger lightened. This tightned the groups up considerably but still not really tight. I was shooting...

    Working

This, in responce to accusations of using this site like Facebook/Twitter. I have a Winchester underlever in .357 which is pretty inaccurate with lead bullets untill I seat the bullets quite a long way out. In fact just short of touching the rifling. At which point I get cloverleaf groups. Any...
