You might even chech the frame screw. I have a 10-8 that is pretty tough to swing out. I put a little locktite on the screw and backed it of ever so slightly till the cylinder would swing free but not too much as to mess with proper function Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mine wasn't a loose screw problem I'm guessing the OP was cleaning the back of the cylinder when this happened?

This has happened to me with my model 66. It's and easy fix like these gentleman said just absolutely keep an eye on the screw driver not to booger the screw head and be careful not to over tighten
