I too have found the hogue grips work great on my 60-7, they really absorb recoil better than all other grips for me.

My model 60-7 starts with BNNxxxx and I was told it's from 1992 but I never verified that with S&W. It is such a pleasure to shoot.

I do. Model 60-7 in an uncle mike's size 3 pocket holster. I prefer pocket carry, but will sometimes AIW with a vedder light tuck with claw. Man talk about disappearing into your body.

I've always been a snubby 38 SP+P carry person. I carry a model 60. It's my most confident gun. Sometimes my kimber k6xs. I also work with a p365-380, but it's not in my carry rotation yet.

I like the snub life. I consider this my ultimate snubby. Ported 686-3, 2.5", manufactured 1989-90.
