    Probably not worth it as a business concern. You could buy a bench grinder and do them yourself. It's not rocket science. The most important thing is to keep the tip cool with frequent water dips. If it changes color, you've already screwed up.

    I didn't want to post this....

    I once watched a smith at Mt Vernon fashion square nails. It sure gave me humble appreciation for being able to go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy hundreds of nails for relatively little money!

    Before dial calipers and digital calipers, there were vernier calibers. They required good eyes and sometimes a small magnifying glass.
