    Whats your latest purchase? "guns/accessories"

BHP C-Series (I believe). Mid-1960's. My wife and I were browsing our LGS. She came and found me, said "I have to show you this". She was right. Original box, papers & grips.

I started carrying this antique mousegun

I have 2, an '03 .32 and an '08 .380. Both appear to be shot little but the .32 has some finish wear. The .380 looks like it spent its life in a sock drawer. I picked up a used IWB clip on holster (made for them) somewhere. The metal clip won't fit over my Bullhide belt but grips the waistband...

    Do only "old"guys edc revolvers

I'm 66. My nice weather (thank you New Mexico) carry is a Commander sized 1911. But an old guy like me really notices the seasonal change and it's getting to be coat weather. Which is great since my 3.5" Model 27 is easier to hide under a coat.

Does a Vintage Carry Pistol Stand up to Today's Pistols?

I carry this once in a while. Usually when discrete concealment is an issue and sometimes when I just feel like it. It always works, accurate enough, flat, smooth, all steel...I could go on. What's not to like?

    Greetings from New Mexico

Love those older snubs. Don't know your exact location but I'm in ABQ. If you want, contact me and we'll get some range time in. Maybe do a little pre-range safety/range rules session first since you say shooting is new to you. And, welcome to the Forum. My best to your dad.

Bob Chow Gun Exchange San Fran

I don't know about 1954, but in the 1980's Mr. Chow had his own gun shop on Mission St. In San Francisco. He sold it in the early 90's I believe. I read recently that the most recent owners shut down after tiring of the City's policies. (The owners of the San Francisco Gun Exchange, the Posner...

Any Browning HP fans out there ?

I bought my first HP new in 1985. Had Cylinder & Slide add sights and some other stuff. Traded it a few years later with regrets. I picked up a very clean 1968 vintage with original box a year or so ago. This one stays as found which is fine by me. Great gun.
