    Hello. all My 02 from an instructor was after making the 911 call to, IF possible to take pics from your cell phone of the vehicle plate #s in your surroundings and of witnesses, NOT of the BAD guy on the ground. Then if said witnesses leave, hopefully they can be tracked down. Good info here...
