thanks guys. it worked out perfectly for my hand. the others that have held or fired it b4 have liked the improvement also. be awhile b4 i can fire it. but the handling is 100% better than original grip size. i'm glad i perused this site and did the research on those funny lookin thingys. rick
decided to make it black. i painted it w/ duplicolor low gloss then baked it for a hour. while i was waiting i put on a coat of blo to the grips. brought back some luster to them.
finished it up today. first i cut two recesses for straps and rivets
the flange on the rivet had to be cut as it was wider than the grip strap.
i got the straps riveted in. i had to clean them up a little as rivets were to high. i was afraid i might drill thru the grip so i didn't...
those damn nurds...lol. thanks sgt, i researched their site a little better and found that out. i'm still gonna put 2 straps w/ some felt or thin rubber gasket material on inside. theirs looks like the strap is awful far away from the screw placement
thanks for comments and for looking. it is solid alum. i'm looking for a pic of the inside of an original tyler t to see how strap is connected. i figured i would pop rivet the strap on to the t. then i thought 2 straps, one above and one below grip screw might be better. but then i thought i...
i used a ban saw, dremel, drill press and some assorted rasps and files. the edges will be more tapered, the top edge at trigger guard is still a little sharp.
what do you think?
i made this t grip for my mod. 36. a little more polishing and the copper strip on the inside and i'll actually be able to hold on to it.lol
may make another from brass, i think that would look great.

hey guys, i picked up a 32 beauty myself...only down fall is broken "split spring", any idea where i might find one? checked all the usual online sites to no avail. anyone have a parts gun i could get one from? any way to bypass? was thinking of using a piece of roller bearing as temporary fix...
thanks mike, w/ a name to put to it i was able to go back to numrich, see the part to know what i was looking for on the gun, which is by the way, broken, its missing the "split" end that faces up.
