Added several guns reduced some prices

Looking at a 29-1 gun looks 100% but it has markings on left side of frame under handguuards that owner says they indicate factory refurbish in 1975,gun was built in 19628 How would this affect resale value i may be able to get it for $3000 Any help would be appreciated
