They didn't absorb the Rit dye like the tan magpul magazines. I was only able to get these parts to absorb the dye. 20 dips in boiling water with green and brown Rit dye for a ODgreen. Tan 15-22 magazine with OD green dye. My OD green 15-22 with a standard black magazine.

This is my 15-22 from last Christmas. This year I added all of the nice OD green parts. I have a ND-3 mounted in front of the AFG2. I went PTS on the mbus sights and afg2. Optics are next, but I am not sure what I want to mount yet. I'm pretty sure that it will be a compact 3x9 on a pepr mount...

I bought my DWP79XX Christmas present last week on 12/23/2011. OD Green from Academy Sports with threaded barrel from a free state. How many OD Green's are out there and are their serial numbers grouped together? I believe I read 300 on this forum, but that seems like a low number to me...
