Thank you for bringing up a great point.
I don't believe Fiocchi is a company owned by either of the Jason's.
It's ammunition made in Italy which....if memory serves me correctly... was one of the hardest hit countries by the China Virus. Yet they are making ammo to be shipped to the US and...
On the Ammo makers?
It has to be ATF and most likely the Department of Justice. We all saw that these gov't agencies all went rogue in 2020. Flat out went rogue and didn't even try to hide it. I have no doubt there was a deal brokered to give ammo makers tax breaks, extra covid relief money...
I think a competent lawyer can make that argument.
I mean...Judge Roberts reversed himself on the Individual Mandate from being against it saying it violated the Constitution... then after a visit from WH staff... he tore up his argument, pulled a complete 180 and ruled that the Individual...
So if it's all just my imagination...where is all the ammo going?
The two largest ammo manufacturers in the United States both claim their plants are running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a year yet they can't keep up with sales.
Who are they selling to?
I can tell you in AZ that it's...
My issue with S&W has been their repair shop.
Unexaplainable slow service times. Poor quality workmanship. Unfamiliarity with their own product and services when talking over the phone.
I sent a 28-3 back to have the cylinder slop fixed, the timing checked, the springs replaced and reblued. 7...
I've been saying on here for MONTHS that this ammo shortage is nothing more than a giant lie being perpetrated on gun owners in this country.
Ammo manufactures and their middleman sellers all entered in to an agreement....most likely spurred on by the ATF in anticipation of the pre-determined...
Personally, I'd carry the 2-3/4" for bear protection. Faster to draw and when the adrenaline is pumping...you'd be amazed at how fast you can get 5 to 6 rounds off with minimal muzzle flapping.
However....if you missed all those shots...having a 4 to 4-1/2" barrel would be nice for ramming...
Happy to report that my 24-3 Lew Horton does not allow any of the 44MAG I shoot to be loaded in it.
So that's a "load" of my mind.
I don't have any hand-loads so I can't check for that but none of the factory stuff fits.
That's an odd bird. It doesn't appear to have a tapered barrel that I can see in the pics. Maybe it's there but my eyesight is going bad?
My guess it's a Mod 13 that the stamping is messed up on? Those were K Frame 357s I believe.
