Volquartsen versus S&W factory extraction pin
I had the same problem right out of the box with FTE. Adjusting the ejector didn’t help but the Vol extractor cured the problem. How can S&W still keep using their extractors instead of the Vol extractors? Doesn’t make any sense. It has been years with this problem and they still have not...- Usps90

Volquartsen Extractor What???
I had the same problem. Adjusted the ejector which did nothing. Installed the Volquartsen extractor and haven’t had a FTE since.- Usps90
