I have ordered barrels before, but if its not on the web site, they usually do not sell to consumers, but to smiths only.

I have been looking for a good place to get replacement springs for my 22A, but the only place that lists them is Brownells, and they are out of everything. Can anyone suggest any other place for them? I checked Wolff, and they only have some for the 41. Thanks

My 22A only like brass nose. It does not like lead at all.

I have no issues with the gun other than that amount of freeplay before you get to the point of the trigger putting resistance before firing. Even my 41 has a better trigger. I guess i will have to get used to this. Other than that, it runs all day on CCI ammo. Thanks Joe

I was having the same problems on my used 41. Got every spring from Brownells, replaced them all, and all problems went away. It was a cheap fix.

I was at S&W in Mass a month ago, and the salesman told me if i paid at that time, i would probably see it in 2013.

Not only will the holes not line up using 1911 grips, but the grips themself are too narrow for the 41, and at the wrong angle. You would be better off getting some hardwood at the local Home Depot, and try carving a set yourself.

Where it fits, LOL. Really, place it where you can see the dot easily without getting close to the back of the pistol, for obvious reasons.

They work great, especially if you wear glasses.
