Got the slide unstuck now can't beet it back far enough to lock I got my grip safety tapped to get my slide unlocked but note my slide doesn't go back far enough to lock, it's hitting something. Any suggestions?

I did the slight tap on the safety which freed my slide up, now the problem is I can't get the slide to go back far enough to lock it, what do you suggest?
