The CA Compliant model actually does have the collapsible stock. Like I said, with the "fixed" 10 rd. magazine, it can have all the features that would otherwise classify it as an assault weapon. If you're in the market and you found one for the right price, why not buy it?

Yes it was Buds and it now shows "out of stock". With the 10 rd. mag and bullet button it is no longer an "assault weapon" so it therefore can retain all the features which made it evil.

I ordered one a month ago. I got curious how bad the back order was so I emailed Customer Service rather that wait for a third-hand answer from the dealer. I got a reply in 2 days saying they are being shipped daily and had just under 2500 units back ordered. I dont know if that was for all...
