squib I've had the same thing happen with an old bottle of unique. powder seems ok smell, visual. 3 squibs same batch. I suspect no powder. :o

broke pin I would get a new die set with a replaceable decapping pin and tell Lyman where they could stick there one piece decapper.:mad:

DUH so looking at the chart it says 12 gns of hodgdon longshot which is 105 on the burn rate chart. And he loads 13 gns unique which is 59 on the burn rate chart. Where is this even close to a comparable powder?

I don't like a swaged lead bullit. Too soft. cast are alot better. With swaged bullits i was getting too much leading.

4 screw I found one at a show pistol only no box but six adapters in cylinder. Good condition $500. also have 22 Jet in a Contender and H&R Topper model 158. I reload and noticed that Sierra list 40 and 45 grain bullets at .223 diameter. But I was told that .222 diameter was the correct bullet.
