I've got one that I've had for about 3 years now. Using 10gr of unique and 429421 I've been able to shoot hit a 12" gong 3 times out of 6 at 200 yards...its a gun I only shoot about once a year and keep messing with on and off. I prefer my 6" 629 but if I had a full week to develop a good load...
Local gun show this weekend had a total of 6 (I kept track thinking of this thread) they were all hovering around the low to mid $400, one table had 3 one of which was a pre war I think.
Got the trigger guard replace today, Thanks for the help it was almost easier done than said I guess. Time to get on the lathe and turn a new guide rod....Mine didn't come with one
I've used 2"x6" blocks cut into 12" lengths and using a 1/2" spade bit. lay out a grid before hand and just drill at each X/Y intersection. I also managed to get about a dozen and a half old wooden test tube holders (pretty much the same thing as my load blocks) out of a dumpster on campus. I've...
I've seen them in the past two months from $425US on up. Almost went for the one I saw for $425 but I already had one K22 and have been looking for a full underlug 17
Yeah I noticed the other one has the over sized guard, we'll see what they send me. I ordered a extra cross pin because if I didn't Murphy's law would send the other pin across the room somewhere
I have recently acquired a 41 .22 match auto pistol with a broken trigger guard. How are the cross pins on these secured? I have not messed with it yet but have a extra pin on order with the new trigger guard.

Thanks much in...
Yeah, My guess was minimum. I shoot in the range after I get done with my coaching responsibilities...usually bust out the K22 and 63 and sometimes the 10 since they let me shoot on the centerfire side sometimes.
yeah that guess was based on 50rnds a week for 10 weeks 4 times a year x ?????? years
They claimed they were tired of replacing parts and $$$ mags, I'm NOT in the rotc I just like to teach new shooters and we happen to share the range with the ROTC folks.
Just thought I would share a bit of a find. I've been a rifle club (student club...not the team) instructor and safety officer at Ohio state for almost 3 years now. We have a 50' indoor range that a few other clubs use including the OSU pistol club. I knew they had a bunch of S&W 41's and were...
