Do you have a Dremel tool with a buffing attachment? Just polish up the feed ramp, and you should have no more feeding issues. That is what I did to cure mine.

Last year I bought a S&W 4506 pistol that was reimported from Israel as part of a military or civilian turn in program. It was marked with the US importer's information. He wasn't able to provide any further information about it.

Our Department issued them until we had problems with the frames cracking. We shot with Federal 147 Hydrashoks rounds so it wasn't because of +P or +P+. Everyone loved them and many guys bought them back when they were traded in.
You do not notice the reset in a combat situation. You are so focused upon the threat that you exclude all else. Even the noise of the shots is reduced.
