Those of you with Kel Tec P11s & PF9s may be using a trigger shoe to reduce the percieved length of the trigger pull. The Kel Tec trigger shoe for those pistols perfectly fits the BG 380. If you're interested, it's available from the KT website.
I have a DAO revolver with Crimson Trace laser grips. Dry fire with snap caps and the laser really pointed out what was doing when I pulled the trigger. It's a good training tool to smooth out what you're doing.
That group was 2 mags fired at 7 yards. I'm confident you'll be impressed both with th pistol and S&W's customer service after Mighty Mouse gets back from vacation. They usually send an extra mag back with repaired pistols.
I bought this Saturday ($339!) and took it to the range this morning. S/N is EAF15XX; test fired by S&W 11-22-10. Today, I fired 100 rounds of WWB.
Those of you who are used to shooting DAO snubbies won't have an issue with the trigger. I carry a Taurus 85CH daily, and the BG 380 trigger...
