Okay, it happened. I'm pleased to report that S&W just called and while they can't repair my broken SW9M, they're replacing it with the new model 9MM Sigma. I can't wait to see how I like it.

Shipped my broken SW9M to Springfield on the company's dime today. Can't wait to find out what they want to do about it. It would be awesome if they just replaced it with a newer model, but that's kind of pie-in-the-sky! I'll post again after I've heard from S&W.

I heard back from S&W. They want to take it in, but they didn't say whether they'd fix it or what. I'm supposed to call them tomorrow for more info.
