I have had success with Perfecta from Wal-Mart.

I have both the Shield 9mm and the SD9VE. I carry both of them but find myself grabbing the Shield more than the SD9. I have a Alien Gear IWB holster that carries the SD9 great, but when I carry the Shield I forget it is there. I usually carry the SD9 once or twice a week just to say I carry it...

I have over 2000 rounds through my Shield 9mm and have had no problems with FTE. All of them have been 115 gr.

15 days from application until my permit arrived in the mail in January. Two friends that I work with got theirs about 2 years ago and it took them almost 3 months.

I use their remanfactured ammo all the time and am very pleased with it. I use the 115 gr. 9mm and have had no problems at all. I have fired approx. 2000 rounds though my 9mm Shield and 9mm SD9VE and have had zero problems.
