I just picked up a brand new M&P 40 2.0. Love the gun so far except for one minor cosmetic annoyance. Has anyone noticed that the large backstraps don't mold to the gun that well? The main part of the grip is fine but the beavertail type extension that curves up at the top does not sit flush...

That looks really nice! I love the look of the finger grooves but just didn't want to take the chance of them not lining up properly for my hand. Like the slightly reddish hue to the wood as well.

I am all over this gun but I doubt we'll see it in Canada for a while. the 9mm and .40 models have just started showing up in stores.

New guy here from Vancouver. Recently purchased a 686 and I'm loving it. Now setting my sights on a M&P 2.0 in .45 ACP. I was researching a new grip for my 686 and your grip thread on this forum was very helpful so I thought I'd join. I'll post a pic of my new grip in there. Cheers!
