What is the lightest recoil load for the .40 in factory loaded ammo.. Is there anything down around 9mm recoil so this .40 won't scare my wife...?

Double Tap Caliber : 9mm+P Bullet : Remington JHP Ballistics : 115gr @ 1415fps / 511ft. lbs. from a G17. Glock 19 velocity - 1395fps. I think 511 ft/lbs is more than many .45acp

Double Tap is super.. Caliber : 38 Super+P Bullet : 115gr. Barnes TAC-XP Ballistics : 115gr @ 1425fps / 519ft. lbs. from a 1911.

Holy crap! your right..oops. it is 432 It is a real nice little gun..When I bought it Georgia Arms had a 100gr hp @1100fps that puts it right up with .38spec. They stopped making it at least for now.. Win & Fed made some that wasn't as hot and even that's out of stock..
