I also have been shooting this ammo (9mm) as purchased from WM. From what I can tell, it is as cheap as Wolf and Brown Bear, but cleaner and brass cartridges. I don't see a down side to it. I have also recently been shooting brass S&B 9mm ammo, and the TulAmmo BrassMaxx is actually quite a bit...
