Howdy, all!
Found this forum looking for answers to a nagging question about the front sight of one of my Smith's: a 640-1. Registered, posted a question, got several responses and it looks like I well on the way to getting my questions answered.
My first Smith was a 1076 some years ago but I have since realized that I'm more of a revolver shooter. I have owned several 610's and presently am shooting a 625, a couple of 16-4's and at times the wife and I each carry a 640.
I'm more of a lurker than I am a poster at the outset of my venture into a new forum but I am looking forward to contributing as much as I can, when I can.
