Post Version 2.0

I think I’m confused. To my understanding the performance center M&P@9 shield 2.0 (generation 2) is the latest version. But why does S&W have posted the performance center M&P@9 shield plus as a “New” item. And the version is not specified. Is it just because it’s a Plus capacity, and the 2.0 is still the new advance model?

Welcome aboard from coastal North Carolina.

You seem to have figured it out already. Some buyers like the latest while other like the greatest... capacity, that is.

The marketing folks have to play as many angles as they can with their limited budget.
