holster options for 627 V - Comp

Want to shoot steel with my 627 V - Comp. Wondering what holster other guys use. Will probably use an optic

That's strange. I had a lack of response when I posted a question regarding a 627 V-comp as well. Thought it was something I said. I just received my holster yesterday so I'll post a picture for you soon.
 
Posed the same question a couple of years ago without any luck. Afterwards i checked to see if the V-Comp would work with a DeSantis "Dual Angle" holster that came with the 5" 'Slab Side' 627. Sure enough..it fits great. This will work if you're not competing and/or using optics, as OP indicated.
This thread shows that the DeSantis holster also works with standard barrels too.

You could try any holster made for full lug N-Frames
 
I like the Ernie Hill Speed holster. It's made to be adjusted to fit any revolver. It's totally secure, you don't have to ever worry about your gun falling out, and it's very fast to draw from when you need it.

Do a search for Ernie Hill Speed Leather or Guba/Reba.
