I tried PSA one time. Ordered a few items including ammo that was listed as in stock at the time of the order. Nothing shipped and no confirmation. CS was polite enough on the phone and promised to ship. Still no shipment so I asked for a refund as the CC was charged immediately with the order. Took around 3 months from order entry to get my CC credited. Never again.
 
Here's the "blem" complete lower I got from PSA-- $139 delivered. Comes with everything including the stock (I swapped out the grip and guard). Just attach an upper and ready to go. Selling for $159 delivered this weekend. Still tough to beat.

Oh, and that Bushnell 1-4x is from PSA two years ago at Christmas. $39 delivered after Bushnell rebate.

Keep an eye out for things that pop up for significant discounts. PSA saved me quite a few bucks putting together a sweet little rimfire understudy.

I ve been thinking about the $159 deal for a couple days....I have till Monday at noon to make up my mind....unless they sell out first:o

Well hurry up. I bought mine last night after Phils post. There have been too many times when I made my mind PSA was out of stock. I figured I would always need a lower for something. It's a DEAL!

I like PSA ... good products, at great prices. Just have to willing to wait for whatever you want to go on sale.

If you think things are getting hard to find now, just wait a couple of months ...

A rep named Jason called me this past Wednesday and gave me his word that it would be shipped out no later than Thursday August 11th, 2016, or, Friday August 12th, 2016! Guess what! IT HAS NOT SHIPPED OUT YET! He even stated that I will receive it early next week once it shipped!
I tell you one thing, this is the last F'ING time I order from them! Oh, and BTW, this happened to me once before with PSA, but, it was not as bad as this time! :mad:
I ordered 1K rounds of ammo from sgammo.com this past Thursday. It is expected to be delivered Monday before 10 am! That is what a GREAT company is supposed to be like! Not like ***-AKA-PSA!

I understand the frustration but the world did not end because you do not have you BCG yet right? I mean you are still ok right? Things happen life is too short to get so worked up over things.

PS sgammo often has delays in shipping but most of the time they are upfront about it.
 
I have dealt with PSA on an occasion or two, and I have found them to be very legitimate. I don't remember if it was late '14 or '15, that I ordered a heavy stainless steel spiral fluted 18" barrel, some small parts, and a blemished upper for a build project. I didn't have any deadline, so it was easy to be patient. I guess delivery took about 2-2.5 weeks, which I chalked up to the relaxed Southern pace I have always read about. Honestly, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

What BUIS are you using here? Am setting up my own AR with the first red dot I've ever owned, but want to put a rear sight on it too. Just casting about to see what other folks are using.

Yes. PSA is one of those companies that you either deal with the wait or don't order from. They get some Good deals through if you don't mind the wait.

I've ordered once or twice from them. I think ammo took 2 or 3 weeks to arrive. But I don't really care. I'm not in a rush. If it's here today or next Sunday doesn't make a difference to me. Having said that I order from other places simply because they have better selection and cheaper shipping.

PSA shipping a week or so after clicking the buy button on gun parts sounds about right from my experience.

For example-- The lower I purchased on 6/12 showed shipped 6/17 which didn't depart UPS origin until 6/20 and then delivered 6/21.

My purchases with PSA have always been price driven rather than panic delivery driven. Works for me.
 
I'm glad I read this thread. I have a .44 spl order (the second time I've bought from them---no issues the first time) that I placed on 8/3 that still says processing. Seeing the post about their computer system explained the wait. I emailed them Friday morning but no response yet. I will give it a couple more business days and see what happens, then might give them a call.
 
It took a letter to the BBB to resolve an issue I had with them.Sorry but I'm a stickler when it comes to customer service.

I'm sure it wasn't something I needed right away and maybe even not at all.It was just something I wanted.I just wanted to know the status of my order.An order shouldn't show "processing" for over a week.You took my order so you either have the product or it's out of stock.

This happened a couple of years ago and even though they have probably improved I have no further use for them.
 
you dont think SGAMMO shipping prices a bit high?

I think they have a low price and then bite ya with the S&H

No, and the shipping prices are in line with all of the others out there.
BTW, they make up for it with their low prices and great CS!
I think PSA can learn something from sgammo. On second thought, nah, it might confuse them. :D
 
I have had good luck with PSA for ammo orders. Only complaint is packing, as everyone in the neighborhood can see the ammo labels. So I make a point to be home when orders arrive.
 
PSA is legit. They have good products and excellent prices. Anybody that deals with them knows that many of their products and specials sale items are often available in limited quantities, and orders may take longer to ship than other websites.

I have placed 8-10 orders with them, and have always received my stuff, sometimes sooner, sometimes later.
