This card was tucked into the paperwork of a 1972 era box and gun I picked up recently. Just thought someone might know more about this dealer or have fond memories of an old shop. I'm not able to find anything on the web, so I assume the dealer is lost to the past...but if seeing it provides you with a bit of nostalgia then I'm happy to have shared.

Pretty close to the Minneapolis city line. What ever was there is long gone today with the renewal of University Ave. that dates back to the day when places like Warner’s hardware used to sell firearms (where I bought my model 19 duty weapon for $100 in 1973)

Was not uncommon for hardware stores to sell firearms back in that time frame. Today sadly, Minneapolis has a rule about no FFL shops allowed in the city.

I bought at least one gun (might have been a Model 19) from a place on Lake Street back in the late 1970's. All I remember is walking in and looking up at the guy - the counter was raised pretty high.
