Hey all, I received my Culina grips for my newish Colt Anaconda and put them on it. I am not a fan of rubber grips, which came on the Colt (or on my S&W revolvers either). I got them in Olive wood, to match up with the Olive grips on my 629-3 Classic, since I loved that combination so much. Here are a couple of pics of both of them together, wearing some of John and Jennifer's fine work. Hopefully it will warm up enough to get to the range and give them a workout and see if they are as comfortable on the Colt as the ones ones on my S&W.

Anyways, here they are, my revolver doppelgangers.

Thanks for the complements everyone. As you can tell, I am a big fan of John Culina's work. He has some amazing selections of wood and his workmanship is impeccable too. Without having shot the Anaconda with the new grips yet, I will say that it does feel very good in hand and reminds me much like the way the S&W N frame grips of his I have feel in hand. And what amazes me is that the shape of the Anaconda frame is quite a bit different than the Smith frames, but it gives me a feel remarkably like how the Smith grips feel in my hand.
