I never tried jacketed bullets, but used five powders doing load development work with three or four cast bullets ranging in weight from 90- 122 grains. 231/HP-38 easily provided best accuracy (maybe velocity too, but I'd have to look up my notes to be sure). Looks like others have found 231 to be the best powder as well.

I absolutely HATE Titegroup for anything other than 380. Just me, many swear by it, but, it used to be that “case fill” was part of reloading consideration. Titegroup is very dense and in a lot of cases has very little of it. I steer away from it for that reason.
I’ve used Bullseye for about 40 years for everything from 380 to 45 Colt target type loads.
I’m not condemning anyone who uses it, don’t get that idea, I just have this preference. YMMV

I use Bullseye and Titegroup for a number of applications and have found both quite useful for making accurate loads in several cartridges. However, I don't recall trying Titegroup in .380 loads.

Been using W231 for my reloads in .380 ACP using 100 grain FMJ bullets. One thing I need to point out these bullets have a critical need for the OAL to be spot on. Too short will cause pressure to go up, loo long and the round will not seat.

I have tried several powders for 380 and settles on W231 (HP38), with Bullseye second.

From the Hornady Handbook of Cartridge Reloading, 9th Edition, and I quote:
"All powders listed performed adequately, with WIN 231 giving the best overall results"
