I was wondering if you could tell me if this is a model 29 Classic? I only have the one picture for now. Looks like 6.5”. The full lug is what is throwing me off. Seller asking $1250.
Thank you.

Yes, the full underlug 29/629 is called Classic.
The current production 29 half underlugs are ClassicS/Classic Series.

Looks like a 6.5 inch -5 classic to me, with what look like an old school set of ace combat grips

Yes, as stated above, it is either a 29-5 Classic, a Classic DX, or a MagnaClassic. The full lug and the inscription font on the barrel and lug are the identifiers that give it away. You would have to see the opposite side to know which of those 3 it is, as there will be one of those 3 names inscribed on the barrel. If it is a plain Classic, it is worth less than the Classic DX or MagnaClassic. The Classic DX was a Classic that was proven to meet a more stringent test fire group size standard than the Classic. It also included some extra goodies in the box if memory serves. The MagnaClassic was a limited run model of, I believe 3000 units that included an extra set of grips and several extra styles of replaceable front sights in a little box included, with a nice wooden presentation case.
