Here they are minus the standard local internet gun board posting pics of guns with feet, plus cropped, centered and adjusted:
They look like they are in very nice condition....They almost look like Thai grips?I was so excited about the grips I didn't notice! Glad I had my socks on

The one set on the bottom looks like Hanes. I like the checkered socks…er…I mean stocks! The smooth wood looks nice. If it's a .22 they should not slip. For real, I kinda like the checkered ones' looks. I'm not sure, but the smooth wood doesn't come out very often. I kinda hope that checkered set is worth some bucks…no reason!
If you take the grips off and show the back side, that will usually indicate better...Something about the butt of the stock curvature?
Eta: that's what I love about this place. Learn something new everyday. J frames aren't even on my radar, hence my ignorance. I figured the guns in the picture were K frames. My apologies.

I sure hope so I am definitely satisfied either way would suck if they are fake the guy was probably 70 or so kinda took his word
Those look like factory j frame grips. Here are 2 pictures from the forum.
Stag or rams horn would be nice. Personally I find the the factory J frame targets hard to beat.

For comfort Iagree wit 22hipower, The Factory's smooth or checkered stocks absolutely are filling in the hand
I think I found the gun for the grips is that a nickel 34?
Both sets are factory S&W.

As they have washers on the back of the medallions,I am betting they are factory. None of my Thai stocks have washers.
They are factory J frame square butt target stocks. They will work on a square or round butt grip frame, because of the enclosed backstrap near the bottom.

Sweet!!! He has a boomerang looking set for 60 I think I'll go back tomorrow and maybe knock if they aren't still set up I didn't like the look at all but maybe get them for value?

I've been keeping an eye out for some factory J-frame target grips and, yeah, they definitely go for more than $100.

I agree with what's been said in previous posts that both sets of grips are S&W—J frame grips.

These are in my "other stuff" box - The J frames are worth some $$$?
I was going to put them on a 3" Model 36 but for that much, off they go.
Any $$$ info on the K frames?
I'm seeing EBay in their future.

I have the checker model that you posted on my 442, very nice feel, the only issue is when I went to qualify with it I never tried it and I had a HKS speedloader jam between the wood and the cylinder. I now use speedstrips. but they are great grips for a small gun
