Wuluf's #3 reminds we why I quit Columbia House after my first couple of years in the Army. I finally figured out that each time I sent in a change-of-address form to them, they opened a new account in my name without closing the old one.
Sooo many good ones today! TimJake's number 4 was my favorite - the cookie deleters. Great job you guys.
