Black List - can't believe we missed his one!

My wife and I started watching the series Black List with James Spader about a week ago - on Netflix. I had never seen it before and can not get over how good it is! We have watched the first season so far (22 episodes I believe) and can't wait to start the second season. There are 10 seasons all together and I just hope the last seasons are as good as the first. I can't believe we never watched this!!!

For those who have never seen it - it's a must watch if you are looking to find a great series.

That show had some great writers, each season was interesting and IIRC, as good as the first, if not better!

GREAT!! We have so many channels and streaming apps and there isn't all that much of quality to watch. We have tried many series and have gotten bored or disgusted after watching just a few episodes. This one is the exception!

Terrific show.

Unfortunately, as with many great series, the final episode was an unworthy and abject dud; it actually will make you want to kick in your TV screen; but right up to that second it was great.

They're not. We loved it at first. By about the 5th or 6th season it was becoming so lame, and so absurd, that we couldn't stand to watch it anymore.

For those who loved it right to the end, more power to you. It just lost it's interest for me and my wife.

I enjoyed it up to the episode where the bad guy was "bad" because he owned a company that made inexpensive handguns. Apparently, the 2nd amendment is only for the well-to-do.

It had its twists and turns which could turn off some viewers. As to the finale being a dud, I thought it was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Where you been? Was one of the few TV shows I watched. Great acting but as mentioned after several seasons I lost intrest

Great writing. Spader is perfect. Also, he was great in Boston Legal, too.
Wife and I are 8 seasons (I think) into the series. Makes me want a small of the back holster for my Hi Power

Under a rock I guess - lol. I watch mostly documentary's, history, news and once in a while my wife makes me sit through a few boring movies. the last good series we watched was The American's with Keri Russel.

I wanted to watch this show, but anything on a "regular" broadcast channel gets massacred by the continual ads for "Watch our news at 11" and the increased frequency of the ads chopping the story as you near the end of each show. It makes many things unwatchable for me.

Any show I really want to watch (not many) I watch on demand or record on the DVR Fast forward through all the junk

Netflix has some great shows. BlackList was one of my favorites. Right up there with The Resident.

James Spader is terrific.
IMO he absolutely made the show.
One minute he’s telling a story then he just pulls out his P35 and blasts them.

Very good show! IRR it was excellent the 1st several seasons .. the last 1 or 2 got a bit lame.

Like others mentioned, It was a favorite. But like a lot of good shows got more than a little weird toward the last couple seasons. Definitely worth it though!

Blacklist was great. I need to rewatch it now that I know how it ends.

I liked Blindspot too. About the lady found covered in tattoos in a duffle bag in Times Square.
