This weekend I finally found the last Model 15 I wanted, the 8 3/8".
Traditionally the Model 15 was a 2" or 4" bbl and the Model 14 was a 6" or 8 3/8" bbl.
In 1982 The Model 14-4 was discontinued. It was replaced by the model 15-5 in both 6" and 8 3/8" in 1986.
The 8 3/8" was discontinued in 1988. Production of the model 14 resumed in 1991.
This collection shows all the sizes I know of as well as several different years with one Pre-15 and dash numbers up to -5.
There are round butt, square butt, blued, nickeled and a NIB Herritage with Case Hardening Done by Doug Turnbull
I have a couple more that I couldn't fit in the photo. Hope you enjoy my little group.
