Anyone have any experience with them. I ordered a holster from them as it was one of the few places that had a IWB holster listed for the 4013TSW WITH RAIL listed. I emailed them soon after the order was placed. (Website was hard to see if order went through) I got an email that they received order, my cc was charged around 5/12 but they do not reply to any questions to when I might receive. I am in no hurry but would appreciate a reply asking how long it may take.

I have stuff by him but have heard of some sour dealings in last few months. I would order with care

I have a couple of holsters that I bought from them in the past. The quality of the work is first rate. They often have a table set up at gun shows in this part of the state. I never bought anything from them via internet or phone or mail.

I ordered a belt/holster/mag pouch from him about a year ago. I'm still waiting.....

Not really. The delivery was a little slow, the communication was virtually non existant, but the product was good when it showed up. These were also the comments I found before I placed my order. I guess nothing has changed at Wild Bill's.

That being said, I would order from them again. I just wouldn't expect delivery as early as they claim. And I wouldn't expect any communication from them while waiting for the order.

I'm in the same boat, Shane. I ordered a holster/mag carrier/belt combo for my 3913, with the understanding that it was in stock and would ship within 10 days, as the website states.

That was April 16th. My credit card was charged about two days later.

Two months later, I do not have the equipment, and I have yet to have them answer the phone, return a message, or return an email.

I still have hope that the order may show up sometime in the next several months, but I will not be ordering from them again.

I would call them and cancel the order and then call the CC company and tell them you never received any product. They should refund you and then hound Wild Bill. IMHO their leather is average and not worth a real long wait. Kramer gets you leather in 1 month, Mitch Rosen 2 months, or order from Milt Sparks and wait 6 months.

Wow I was looking at having a custom holster for my 4506-1 made. After reading about Will Bills I wont be ordering from them.

I have several holsters and a belt from Wild Bill. All are excellent and the wait was many months. Great product for the money spent. I would not order again after hearing all the negative about them. How ever, I see them at all the local gun shows and a local gun shop has lots of their stuff for sale there. (Personal Defense and Handgun Safety Center http://www.pdhsc.com/) I'd call the store and see if they had the item there, already made. Good luck.

Update,
I received my holster last week and it looks great. Back in July I was about to follow some peoples reccommendations and cancel my order but then I received a call late July saying my holster should be to me within the next 2 weeks. Well as you can see I got it mid October. They seem like good people to talk to on the phone if only they would realize a little truthful, timely communication would appease doubtful customers. If it is going to take over 5 months for an order tell me up front and if I can live with that no big deal.

You are experiencing what most of us that buy high quality leather are, not only on wild bills but other top rate holster makers. Alessi, sparks, tucker and most of the others are in same boat. I will say Tucker has good communications and some of their new stuff is available with only a month wait some longer. Most of the good shops are overwhelmed with orders. I have never seen it this bad. My guess gun sales especially handgun sales are going trough the roof due to election uncertainty.

You’re so right. My experience mirrors yours. Personally confronting him at a gun show was about the only satisfaction I got.

Well at least Alessi and Sparks maintain communication and will answer their phones and e-mails. Lou just got out of the hospital after a months stay and Sparks is up front an honest about their delivery times. Don't lump them in with the problem makers cause there not!

It was a general statement concerning custom leather. I think Alessi leather is great, Sparks is great in fact most of the well known makers are great, that doesn't change the waiting time for a first class holster. Gun sales along with holster sales are going great guns. Sadly the reason isn't to reassuring. Fear seems to driving sales and maybe it is well founded only history will tell. The election has not made most gun owners feel reassured.....

My experience with WB is very dated. In 01, I ordered a combo set of holster, mag pouch and belt for a Sig 239.

It arrived in timely fashion but was inferior quality. The holster wound up holding a Sig 229 because the fit was so sloppy. I refused to be seen wearing the poorly finished belt. Numerous queries to WB went unanserwed.

But the straw that broke the camel's back was a year or two later. There was a photo circulating around the internet showing a navy SEAL in Afganistan. The SEAL was bearded, barechested and had blood stains on his upper body from a minutes before shootout. He was carrying his Sig 226 in the Kramer Scabbard that the SEALS bought from Will Kramer.

At the next gun show in Richmond, WB shows up with a booth. On the booth is a large photo of the SEAL and a picture of WB's scabbard intimidating that the SEAL was carrying his piece in a WB holster. I think there was a sign near the photo that said "what the big boys play with"

I hope the quality of his products have improved. He refused to make good on the junk that he shipped to me and disgusted me by trying to make folks think that the SEALS were using his product.

Will Kramer is a good guy and makes holsters that will serve your grandchildren.

Unfortunately I was stuck with very few choices. I have a 4013TSW with the rail that noone seems to have a fit for. Although I bet there is something out there made for something else that would work just fine. But no other holster makers could give me a solution.
