Default 180 gr. LRN w/ gas check and 28-2

I have a line on some 180 gr. LRN w/ gas check, and would like some input and load data. I would like to work up some loads for my 28-2, I would like to push these loads as fast as possible without undo stress to the gun, and causing major leading issues. I have been reloading for many years, but have just recently started to dabble in cast lead, so my libary is low on cast reload data. I have 2400, bullseye, unique, 296, that I know for sure and may have some others stuck around somewhere on inventory.
I see there are several other threads looking for info on load data for heavier weight bullets for the .357 mag, so I hope I am not boring everyone or pounding over already covered ground.
Thanks
