Default Smith and Wesson 629-6

Hello fellow shooters I'm kinda new here only posted a few times got great responses, so I find myself pondering something ive never had to think. I started reloading at a young age mainly becusei was broke lol. Ok to the point my love got me a 629 for Valentines day not like she had a choice but upon my first ammo buying experience I dug out my reloading press and yall know the story. I am confused with my 629 I was always taught Smith made top notch pistols and my experience has been proven so why the caution in loading and shooting full house loads? That's the reason I bought it anyone can master a lesser caliber, I honestly enjoy shooting it. I shoot a lot of .44 special, light magnum and have loaded some heavy with h110 but I keep hearing don't shoot heavy loads in a smith they cant take it can you please explain.
