Default Speer brass

Does anyone know if Speer brass is made by Blazer/CCI? Yhe headstamps appear to be exactly the same.

CCI was a spinoff of Speer in the 1950s. Eventually, they were both acquired by Blount, Inc. So it wouldn't be surprising if Speer brass is made by CCI.
