Default primers difference Federal and Windchester large?

Is there any difference from Winchester large pistol for standard or magnum primers than Federal large pistol 150 ? Is there more power in one? I know Federal is the softest

The Winchester primer would be a little hotter. It's designed to ignite 296, which is recommended with a hot primer.
