I posted this on another forum I frequent also...

I want to share my recent experience with mastercastbullets.

On Saturday night (one week ago) I called their listed phone number, not expecting to get an answer, the answering machine eventually came on. I did not leave a message as I just had a simple question about their products. A few minutes later I get a phone call from Mike (Mastercast Bullets) saying he was "returning my call". As it turns out, I had more questions than I reaized and each one was answered, kindly. We spoke of reloading, experience, alloys, politics and everything in between.

After 15 minutes I had placed an order for 45 acp swc (H&G 68 mold) (same as I have been getting from another reputable bullet caster). Most of you that are reading this already know they are priced below most other suppliers and now I do to. 1000 each was $55.71, considerably cheaper than I have been paying up till now. They shipped the following Thurday and I received them Monday (yesterday).

With the current run on Firearms, ammo and reloading components, I was very pleased with the customer service I received from them and wanted to share with others my experience.

I Am Impressed

I took a look. He does have a nice looking spotter checking his target through the spotting scope.

We have 358 bullets in 160 RN

We have 429's in 300 RNFP

AND 475's for my 480 Ruger in 370 RNFP for somethink like 14 Cents each. I am impressed. I might start putting more lead down range through my 480 SRH if I do not have to cast and size every bullet myself. I see a 500 round box in my future.

The price on the other bullets is outstanding also.

I have placed several orders with Mastercast and will continue to make more. His discounted 14 BHN bullets for standard velocity loads MASTERCAST BULLETS
are awesome in .38 special. This is a great company to do business with. I think the dog keeps him in line!!!

Mike is a real good guy, I've bought many many thousands of bullet heads from him over the years. The problem with the answering machine is, when it gets full, it drops off the last message left for the most recent. Hence, sometimes it takes several messages for Mike to get your message. My last purchase was the soft-cast 148gr DEWC's. Excellent bullet with no appreciable leading.
I've talked with Mike many times at length, he'll answer any/all questions without time constraints. Highly recommended by me.
