Dillon Square Deal
Last Saturday I broke one of the link arms on my 20 year old Square Deal press. I called on Monday and had two new link arms and brass link arm bearings on Wednesday. My press is back up and making 9mms again. Dillon customer service is excellent.

Dillon is an example for all to follow, how pleasant it would be if the rest of our industry followed their example!

yup... we have a Dillon 550B that we bought used many years ago...Like RCBS, Dillon doesn't care who the 1st purchaser is/was, they stand behind their products.

Got my 550 back in the early 80's. I'd hate to try and figure how much ammo was built on it. Had to replace a couple parts on the powder measure a couple times, but that is all. One call and part in the mail every time.

I don't think the CS for my Herters press would be as good, but then I've never needed it.

I had to call Dillon last week when the E Clip on my de-primer/sizing die finally wore out. Had the credit card out and ready to give numbers. Dillon said 'no charge, look for it in a few days in your mail'. And there it was!
As long as I am a re-loader, I will be blue.... Dillon Blue.
