Best Online Source For Small Pistol Primers?

I can’t help you out with online, but to say use a reputable dealer. Lots of online primer scam artists out there. If you have a Sportsman’s Warehouse near you, try them. I’ve found them to have a pretty good stock, especially SPP, for $59.95 plus tax per brick. Online, you’ll have to add hazmat and shipping in addition to tax. The only problem with SW is a limit of 1 brick per visit, so take some friends and make a couple trips. I’ve also been finding them in the $60-65 range at gun shows(with no tax).

I'm willing to pay more online as long as I can by cartons of 5,000. The one brick limit is inconvenient if you load and shoot much. Try Powder Valley and Target Sports and others that are well-established and provide perfect and prompt service.

Just remember, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

If a site only accepts pear to pear payment run away! Scammers do that.

Good luck finding what you need.

I saw on another site that Capital Cartridge had a lot of good reviews dating back to last year, but I have no first hand experience.

Huh. They're 30 minutes from me. Maybe I'll go check them out when I get a chance. I could use some small pistol primers and avoid the hazmat & shipping.

I have purchased from them, they are legit.
Bear in mind these are RUSSIAN.
Had two go bang in my RCBS hand priming tool.
Quite a surprise to say the least. No harm, though.

Or spend a little more and get good American primers.

I've ordered from Capitol Cartridge before; got a case of the Ginex SPP and they worked fine. Lately I've been ordering from American Reloading based out of MO, they recently were selling Fiochhi SPP for .06 cents per primer, I'm working through a case of 6k.

Sign up for American Reloading's emails as they'll send you deals that they are promoting.

Natchez had everything I wanted, SPP, LPP, (both Winchester) and HP-38 and with no Hazmat. Can't remember the last time I was able to do that. Descent (not good) deals are still out there, you just have to stumble across them at the right time.

Norma Shooting has Servicios Aventuras SPP for $59.99 per 1000 free shipping over $150 no hazmat fee.

MidwayUSA has Aguila SPP for 79.99, Remington for 89.99 and CCI for 94.99 per brick/1,000

Of course you'll have to pay Hazmat and shipping. But they are a reputable company with good track record.
