Yes, it is corrosive and berdan primed.
If I am correct, it's length is .800" or I suppose you could call it roughly a "9x20" and in power, milder than a 9mm Luger.
It is a semi-rimmed cartridge like a .32ACP, and is the reason it is the most "odd ball" cartridge that useless for nothing but the guns chambered for it.
Rim thickness seems compatible, and as long as the groove above the rim is somewhat close, moonclips should work fine.
