Default TOP BRASS Info Needed

Anyone here familiar with TOP BRASS brand brass. Trying to come up with some 44 special and all of the regulars are out of name brand. Anyone have any experience with TOP BRASS?

Thanks

I have shortened 44 Special Top Brass for use in a 44 Colt (modern). It's life has been the same as W-W, R-P or Starline.

The brass seems thicker than the other brands mentioned. I find a pronounced bulge when seating .431 diameter bullets. The bulge has never interfered with chambering the cartridges.

Top Brand brass is no worse nor any better than any other name brand of brass. Use it well

I've used Top Brass to load some really hot loads in 44 special. It holds up very well. Think I've got an unopened 500 count box from about two years ago down there somewhere.

Dan Scharch, the owner of Top Brass, is a machinest by trade and takes great pride in his product. If you look closely at the primer pocket and flash hole of his Top Brass, you'll see one of the best in the business. It's good brass.

Just don't get Dan talking or you'll never get away from him.........

Hope this helps.
