Default Model of 1891 request

Does anyone happen to have any photos of the Model of 1891 rear sight?

A gunshop where I am currently on detail has two of these in the case. I have looked at both through the glass but have not yet asked to see/hold either. From the angle it was hard to tell what the rear sight looked like, but something looked "off". If anyone could post a shot of the rear sight I will be able to compare when I swing by that shop again this week.

Thanks.

Default Model 1891 SS Target rear sight

This is the normal rear sight of a 1st or 2nd model single shot. Also on the Model 1891 .38 SA unless it is a standard non-target grip revolver. Then it would have the normal topbreak style rear sight.

Thanks for that shot. I don't recall seeing a blade on the one at the shop. I am pretty sure it is the single shot .22, or at least I thought so. I will have to swing back by before I leave and get another look, I thought it had a latch similar to my .32 break tops. I do know it had an 8 to 10 inch barrel and from the angle I was looking from I thought the sight might be on top, again similar to the little break tops.

It did not appear abuse but fairly well used and they had it priced in the mid $600's. I'll report back after the next visit.
